Paste this into Claude or ChatGPT:
"I am a [FREELANCER / REMOTE WORKER / SOLOPRENEUR] living abroad in [COUNTRY]. I currently spend roughly [X] hours a week on work and [X] hours on admin, errands, and household tasks.
